From March 26th to 27th, 2025, the Third Session of the First General Meeting of Members of the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Venue and Facilities Construction Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") was successfully held in Hangzhou. Lin Zhouzhong, Chairman of Jiaxing Haigang Sports Facilities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haigang Sports") and Zh ejiang Mingti New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Mingti"), and Lin Ken, General Manager of Zhejiang Mingti, attended the meeting.

Summary Report of the Second Board of Directors

At the beginning of the meeting, Comrade Fu Chengjun, the Second Chairman, Comrade Zhang Yanrui, the Supervisor, and Comrade Fu Weifeng, the Vice Chairman, made summary reports to all members on the work of the Second Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board over the past four years. Chairman Fu Chengjun's report affirmed the outstanding contributions made by the Second Board of Directors in organizing and holding Party-building activities, formulating, revising and implementing association standards, and actively leading public welfare activities. With the efforts of the Second Board of Directors, the Association has also gained great attention from the industry's competent authorities, promoting the establishment of the "Zhejiang Provincial Sports Field Surface Technology and Acceptance Standard" (local standard), better ensuring the quality of sports venue construction projects in our province and preventing serious involution in the industry, creating a good external environment for positive and orderly market competition.

At the same time, Chairman Fu Chengjun also pointed out the shortcomings in the work of the Second Board of Directors, hoping that the new board of directors will be able to develop the association in a healthier direction under the guidance of the leadership.

At the meeting, members of the association listened to the work reports of the Second Supervisor Zhang Yanrui and Vice Chairman Fu Weifeng on the Supervisory Board and the financial status.

Change of Term Election

The meeting successfully completed the change of term through anonymous voting, producing a new board of directors, standing committee and supervisory board. The newly appointed Chairman Zhang Yanrui and Supervisor Lu Junrong made statements, expressing their intention to fulfill their duties during their new term and work tirelessly to promote the healthy, sustainable and orderly development of the association.

Lin Zhouzhong, General Manager of Haigang Sports, and 21 others were candidates for the Third Board of Directors of the Association; Lin Ken, General Manager of Zhejiang Mingti, and 2 others were candidates for the Supervisory Board. The new board of directors, standing committee and supervisory board stated that they would humbly seek guidance from the previous leadership team, innovate through inheritance, and work hard in practice. Using the formulation of the "Zhejiang Provincial Sports Field Surface Technology Standard" as a local standard as a lever, they will strengthen enforcement, inject a "strong heart" into the quality of sports venue construction in our province, and create basic conditions for solving the "involution-style" unfair competition in the industry.

Honorary Commendation

To commend enterprises that have made outstanding contributions in large-scale public welfare activities in 2024, the conference presented donation certificates to several enterprises, including Zhejiang Mingti, encouraging enterprises to continue to actively respond to the public welfare calls of the provincial government and the association, upholding their original aspirations, and continuing to carry forward their good deeds, love, and civilization!

To commend outstanding enterprises and individuals in the 2024 "Cultivating Craftsmen, Promoting Manufacturing" sports venue construction competition, the association presented them with honorary certificates and bonuses, encouraging enterprises and individuals to continue to carry forward the craftsman spirit of sports venue construction and create more high-quality and better-service sports facilities.

Finally, congratulations again on the successful conclusion of the Third Session of the First General Meeting of Members of the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Venue and Facilities Construction Industry Association! Wishing the association even greater success, and hoping that under the leadership of the new leadership team, all members will carry forward the past, forge ahead with determination, and create a new situation for the association's work!
