Specificity

All-weather use, any season and temperature difference, can maintain a high level of quality, can be used immediately after rain, increase the use of time, improve site utilization.
Elasticity: With moderate elasticity and rebound, it can reduce physical consumption and improve competition results.
Impact resistance: moderate absorption of foot impact, reduce sports injury, long-term practice and competition are suitable.
Weather resistance: It will not fade, powder or soften due to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, acid rain pollution, and can maintain its bright color for a long time.
Wear resistance: The wear resistance is less than 2.5%, which meets the needs of schools at all levels for a long time and high frequency of use.
Compressibility: It will not be unable to recover elasticity due to the weight of track and field equipment.
Nail resistance: The 100-meter starting point with the greatest force and the most frequent use will not be damaged by spikes or starting blocks.
Impact resistance: with a strong elastic layer and buffer layer, can absorb strong impact, the surface will not be damaged.
Flatness: Self-leveling materials are used in construction, and the surface is flat, which can meet the requirements of a particularly flat competition venue.
Adhesion: Special construction treatment, strong adhesion, can suppress water rise, no foaming, peeling and other phenomena.
Safety: Prevents sports injuries from falling.
Economy: easy maintenance, save management costs.
Color: Special high elastic EPDM and PU particles, soft surface color, granular surface, prevent harsh light reflection, beautiful and durable, and can be multi-color matching.

Paving process:

(1) First check the flatness of the base layer, and level the concave and convex parts (such as cement concrete foundation needs pickling).

(2) Primer laying: Before laying primer, clean the foundation and prepare the tools for construction.
a) Measure the position of the construction line according to the technical requirements, and put the construction line.
b) When laying, start from one side of the site and scrape the glue at one time according to the width of the site.
c) The speed of scraping is uniform, and the bottom, depression and bulge are repaired or scraped in time.
d) After the rubber is formed, check the whole field to ensure the thickness of the surface rubber laying.

(3) Paving of surface glue:
a) Try to shorten the interval time of each bucket of glue when scraping, so that the glue formation speed is uniform;
b) Always observe the thickness of the rubber surface;
c) Scraping adhesive, before the adhesive is not cured, sprinkle red particles, after it is completely cured, the excess surface rubber is cleaned dry;
d) Spray glue to ensure that the particles do not fall off;

(4) Process line spraying: accurately measure the position of the process line according to the current track and field facility standards, and then spray with polyurethane paint.
